I’m originally from New York City, but I currently reside in the UK. I grew up all over the East Coast of the United States, New York, Atlanta, Washington DC, and Maryland, and each place has shaped me as an artist in different ways. I’ve been told my sound “sits somewhere between introspection and observation,” but honestly, that’s probably more for you to decide than me. What I can say is this: blending hip hop with elements of whatever feels right, rock, soul, (anything it works with) sits at the core of what I do. Lyrics and relatability matter to me. I try to make music that people can connect with on a real, emotional level. I’m also a firm believer that you shouldn’t punch babies. It doesn’t help.
